- FixYou offers an extensive range of mobile repair services, including but not limited to screen replacements, resolving battery issues, and various hardware and software repairs.
- Availability of services is contingent on the availability of necessary parts and the practicality of executing the repair.
2. Service Provider Role
FixYou operates as a dedicated service provider, committed to addressing every request from our members. This includes a wide range of services spanning from plan selection, phone repairs, to offering promotional codes for device exchanges.
3. Member Registration and Account Security
Our members, who register via Phone/Gmail, receive a unique Customer ID from FixYou, enabling transactions within our advanced payment system. This registration process involves generating OTP codes for secure access and the ability to reset passwords if needed.
4. Advance Payment System
This system requires FixYou Members to make upfront payments for any services they choose. It ensures a seamless and efficient transaction process for all subscribed services.
5. Account Management
Each member’s account on FixYou is a personal profile, where they can manage their Personal Information (PI). This PI is used to streamline our service delivery and can be updated by members as needed.
6. Plans and Promotions
‘Plans’ denote the diverse packages available for purchase from FixYou. We also issue special promotion codes to our members, facilitating convenient device exchanges.
7. Device Registration and Exchange
Registered devices, linked to member profiles, are eligible for our exchange program. These include brand-new and rigorously inspected used mobile phones, ensuring top-quality standards.
8. Technical Expertise
Our skilled technicians are the backbone of FixYou’s repair services, ensuring that every device, whether new or used, meets our high-quality benchmarks.
9. Responsibility
FixYou is not responsible for any loss of data occurring during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up their data prior to handing over their device for repair.
10. Warranty
- Every repair includes a warranty for [specify duration] that covers both parts and labor.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
11. Data Protection
- Customer privacy and data security are paramount. FixYou adheres to strict confidentiality policies during the repair process.
- Personal data is only used for the purpose of providing repair services.
12. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made using your preferred method upon completion of the purchase of the selected plans.
- FixYou accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment platforms.
13. Cancellation Policy
- Customers are unable to cancel their plans within 30 days prior to the inspection by FixYou Technicians.
- Once the inspection by FixYou Technicians is completed within the 30-day period and the purchase of the plans is confirmed, FixYou will facilitate the transfer to a new plan or issue a refund as appropriate. This applies in cases including the loss of the mobile device, change of ownership, or switching to a different mobile device. (Refer to Refund Money Policy)
- Refunds or adjustments are made at the discretion of FixYou based on the status of the repair.
14. Refund Money Policy
The Refund Money policy applies only to customer IDs that have been finalized by the FixYou Team. Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Loss of the mobile device
- Change of ownership (only the original owner is eligible for a refund)
- Switching to a different mobile device (applicable when customer information is updated due to the change from one device to another).
This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring a flexible and customer-focused service experience.
15. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- FixYou reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Continued use of FixYou’s services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
